Fasciatherapy Training Reflex
Your hands learn to feel what the body is holding onto. Where it's blocked, where it's given way, where it's been compensating for years. The training in reflex fasciatherapy teaches you precise movements to support the release of the fascia — the tissues that envelop and connect the entire body.
You do not need any medical degree or any experience in therapy. Some arrive already practicing – massage therapists, sophrologists, naturopaths – and add fasciatherapy to their existing services. Others come from a completely different profession and have never laid hands on anyone: they learn the technique from scratch. And David, who has completed the training, explains it best: "Ideal for a career change. You can really practice afterwards."
A comprehensive and unique approach to Fasciatherapy

Mechanics
You learn to read the body with your hands: to identify the area that no longer moves, the one that pulls, the one that has been silently compensating for months. Then, to guide the release of the fascia with gentle and precise movements, to restore ease of movement.

Emotional
A shock, a fear, a bereavement: the body retains the trace of what the mind has processed. You learn to work with this dimension without the person needing to recount anything—it is often there that what resisted purely mechanical work is unlocked.

Functional
The body functions as a whole: tension in the foot can affect the neck. You learn to no longer treat the area that hurts, but the chain of tension that puts it under stress — this is what makes the results last.
To deepen one's understanding of fasciatherapy
The fasciatherapy training offered by Fasciathérapie France combines various body-based approaches, primarily mechanical, focused on releasing fascia and perceiving bodily tension. It also integrates emotional and functional dimensions, offering a holistic approach to the body and well-being.
These approaches aim to promote better body mobility, a finer perception of the body and a feeling of general balance through work on connective tissues.
The main objective of the training is to allow participants to discover and experience these techniques in a personal approach to learning and understanding the fascial approach.

I completed the reflexology training and I am absolutely delighted with this enriching experience! From the very beginning, the teaching methods were clear, structured, and suitable for all levels. The content offered perfectly blends theory and practice, with concrete demonstrations and guided exercises that allowed me to confidently integrate the techniques. I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to explore this approach with seriousness and passion.
My journey towards Fasciatherapy
Antoine Lesaffre
Antoine Lesaffre, former high-level athlete, practitioner in mechanical body approaches, naturopathy and fasciatherapy.
As a former high-level athlete, I had the honor of participating in the 1999 World Bobsleigh Championships, where I met many practitioners. I have always been passionate about mechanical approaches and the workings of the body.
Over the years, I have accompanied many people with persistent bodily tension, which has led me to continue my research in order to adopt a more holistic approach to bodily well-being.
My approach to fasciatherapy combines mechanical techniques with an emotional and functional dimension, allowing the body to be guided towards greater relaxation and overall comfort.
Over time, I have developed and refined a personal approach based on my field experience with numerous individuals. This approach, grounded in my background and experience, is shared during the training as part of a learning and discovery process within the fascial approach.
